ReloadVault Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 7, 2026

The short version: ReloadVault collects nothing. All of your data stays on your device. The app has no accounts, no cloud, no analytics, and makes no network connections.

What we collect

Nothing. ReloadVault does not collect, transmit, store, sell, or share any personal information or usage data. The app contains no analytics or tracking of any kind and makes no network requests.

Where your data lives

Everything you enter — loads, firearms, inventory, range results, notes, and photos — is stored only in the app's private storage on your device. It is included in your normal device backups (managed by Apple under Apple's policies) and in any backup files you export yourself.

Backups and exports

When you export a backup, CSV, PDF, or text file, that file is created on your device and handed to you via the iOS share sheet. Where you send it (Files, iCloud Drive, email, AirDrop) is entirely your choice and under your control. We never see it.

Purchases

The optional one-time ReloadVault Pro purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles purchase data.

Photos

If you attach a photo, iOS shows a system photo picker that runs outside the app; ReloadVault receives only the specific image you choose and stores a copy inside its own private storage on your device. The app never accesses your photo library beyond that.

Children

ReloadVault is intended for adults engaged in the lawful hobby of handloading. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone — including children — because the app collects no information at all.

Changes

If a future version ever changes any of the above (for example, adding optional iCloud sync), this policy will be updated first and the change will be clearly disclosed in the app.
