What is ReloadVault?
ReloadVault is an iPhone app that replaces the paper reloading logbook. It records load recipes, loaded batches, chronograph strings, group sizes and range conditions, charts load development, tracks component inventory and prints ammo box labels. Everything is stored on the device; there is no account, cloud or subscription.
Does ReloadVault include load data?
No. Load-data publishers such as Hodgdon and Vihtavuori require written consent before their data can be included in an app, so ReloadVault ships with no built-in charge weights. You transcribe rows from the manuals you own, each with a mandatory source citation, and the app searches them by cartridge, bullet weight and powder. ReloadVault never generates, interpolates or recommends a powder charge.
Is ReloadVault a subscription?
No. The app is free for 2 firearms and 5 loads, with backup, restore and CSV export included. ReloadVault Pro is a one-time $14.99 purchase that unlocks unlimited firearms and loads, load development charts, ammo box label printing, the full charge ladder planner and PDF export.
Does it work offline?
Yes, entirely. ReloadVault makes no network connections. It works in airplane mode at the range or on the bench, and its App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected.
How do I get my data out?
One tap in Settings exports a complete backup — every firearm, load, batch, range result, component and photo — as a single open-format JSON file you can save to Files, iCloud Drive or email. Loads, range results and inventory also export as CSV. Backup, restore and CSV are free on every tier and never paywalled.
Can I paste chronograph data from a Garmin Xero or LabRadar?
Yes. Paste a whole string of velocities — comma, space or line separated, with or without units or shot numbers — and ReloadVault adds every shot and computes average, extreme spread and standard deviation immediately.
What are load development charts?
Loads that share a cartridge, bullet and powder and differ only in charge weight are grouped into a ladder. ReloadVault plots your measured average velocity with SD bars, and your best group size, against charge weight. It charts your recorded data only; it never proposes a charge or labels a node.
Can it print ammo box labels?
Yes. Any batch can be printed as a 4 × 2 inch label carrying the load name, cartridge, bullet, powder and charge, primer, brass, COAL, firearm, date loaded and round count. Labels lay out on Avery 5163-compatible Letter sheets or one per page for label printers. Label text is free to copy; the PDF is a Pro feature.
Which iPhones are supported?
Any iPhone running iOS 17 or later. ReloadVault is iPhone-only and uses imperial units: grains, inches, yards and feet per second.
